With GTR transforming the networks – with new routes, more capacity, greater frequency – how could we create a campaign that would reflect positively on GTR during the disruption to the network and help counter ongoing customer frustration?
Celebrating the power of journeys and the positive transformations that can happen on them, we developed The GTR Line Residency, a new platform to help Great Northern and Southern Rail achieve positive customer engagement.
We partnered with six influencers (our ‘Line Residents’) across different sectors, including The Gadget Show’s Ortis Deley. Each was tasked with creating six pieces of transformational content, inspired by their journeys and the communities across the network, that would responate with their followers.
